COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Our compensation package offers competitive hourly rates, time-and-a-half for holidays, and a generous paid-time-off program.

ABOUT THE JOB

Your Responsibilities :

Clinical Vision : Bring a visionary approach to post-acute rehab, driving clinical excellence.

Passion for Residents : Demonstrate a deep commitment to the well-being of post-acute rehab residents.

Efficient Operations : Lead and optimize the Rehab Department for effective and streamlined operations.

Patient Services : Oversee direct therapy services, ensuring high-quality care to residents.

Data Management : Track and analyze data to enhance patient outcomes and department effectiveness.

Admissions Monitoring : Manage and monitor resident admissions for optimal resource allocation.

Treatment Schedules : Ensure efficient scheduling of treatments, maximizing resident benefit.

Clinical Supervision : Provide expert clinical supervision to a dedicated therapy team.

Case Management : Oversee comprehensive case management, ensuring holistic resident care.

Recommended Minimum Position Qualifications :

Associates degree in an accredited physical therapist assistant program.

Current state licensure.

Preferred Qualifications :

One to two years of experience in a leadership / management role.
