Corporate Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Crestline Hotels & Resorts is seeking an accomplished Sales & Marketing Leader to guide the company's next phase of growth. With a robust and well-positioned portfolio, Crestline is poised for continued expansion. This executive will be responsible for driving all group and negotiated segment initiatives, establishing strategic growth priorities, and developing comprehensive plans to strengthen both new and existing business. Additionally, this leader will oversee and support regional sales teams across the Crestline portfolio, ensuring alignment, performance, and excellence in execution.
This is a remote-based position and will require 40-50% travel.
Key Duties and Responsibilities :
Education : Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field (four-year college or university) required; or work equivalent experience.
Experience : 2-3 years in a senior management sales & marketing leadership role within the hospitality field, and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a multi-unit regional or national level position. Strong full-service and lifestyle sales & marketing experience is required. Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels. Business-unit level sales or operations experience with responsibility for budget creation and achievement. Outstanding leadership skills and excellent interpersonal skills with executive-level customers and partners.
