Position Overview
As an Entry Level Field Service Technician you will travel to client sites (pharmaceutical manufacturing and associated environments) to assist with the installation, calibration, validation and environmental mapping of instrumentation and equipment. You will work under supervision, learn specialized technical skills, gain exposure to regulated-industry standards, and grow your career in field service.
This role offers hands-on experience, mentorship and the opportunity to develop into a full-fledged field technician.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to client facilities and field sites (pharmaceutical manufacturing, cleanrooms, warehouses, environmental chambers).
- Assist with calibration of instruments including temperature sensors, pressure & differential pressure gauges / transducers, flow meters, signal transducers, and other control equipment.
- Carry out environmental mapping tasks for chambers, incubators, warehouses and GMP spaces. Complete Calibration Services
- Set up, operate and maintain calibration equipment (reference standards, data loggers, test benches, etc.).
- Record and analyze data according to established procedures; complete calibration / validation documentation in accordance with industry / regulatory standards.
- Work with senior technicians to perform equipment installations, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and validation support.
- Ensure compliance with client, industry (e.g., pharmaceutical GMP) and company standards.
- Maintain company vehicle, calibration tools, spares and supplies in clean, organized condition.
- Communicate with clients on-site professionally, represent the companys brand of precision and reliability.
- Participate in training, certification and ongoing education to develop your technical expertise.
Basic Qualifications / Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school or associate degree in instrumentation, electrical, mechanical or related field preferred.Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn technical instrumentation work.Basic understanding of electrical circuits, pressure / flow fundamentals or mechanical systems is beneficial.Good written and verbal communication skills.Comfortable working on site in manufacturing / industrial / regulated environments, including cleanrooms, e.g., pharmaceutical plants.Ability to travel regularly (day travel and some overnight stays).Valid drivers license and clean driving record.Willingness to work flexible hours when required (e.g., site shutdowns, validation campaigns).Strong attention to detail, safety-conscious mindset and willingness to follow strict procedures.Preferred Qualifications
Some hands-on experience (internship, co-op, technical program) working with instrumentation, measurement or calibration.Familiarity with calibration / validation in regulated industries (pharmaceutical, biotech) is a plus.Experience reading technical drawings / schematics.Ability to use computer software (MS Office, database / logging systems) and comfortable learning new proprietary tools.Good physical stamina : ability to lift moderate weights, climb ladders, work in confined spaces or elevated platforms depending on site.Why Join Us?

Must be able to travel frequently (day trips and overnight).On-site work in industrial / pharmaceutical manufacturing environments; may include cleanrooms, controlled HVAC, elevated platforms, ladders.Must be able to lift / carry calibration instruments and toolkits (up to 50 lbs occasionally).Use of safety gear (PPE, hearing protection, etc.) as required onsite.Flexibility to work off-hours or weekends during shutdowns or validation campaigns.Application Instructions
