SMT Operators and Loaders

We have an immediate openings for individuals with familiarity with Surface Mount (SMT) machines. Top pay for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Read and follow production documents to fully understand the project at hand.
• Prep boards, mask, glue, and program screen-printer.
• Load feeders and magazines to ensure machine optimization.
• Verify component and manufacturing part number accuracy against B.O.M.
• Evaluate components for conformance and sufficient quantity.
• Perform preventative and general maintenance on machines.
• Keep an accurate count of product at your workstation while inspecting every piece for defects.
