Monday–Thursday : 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM
Friday : 8 : 00 AM – 12 : 00 PM

Job Summary :
As a Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative II , you’ll be the welcoming face patients encounter during vital health visits. You’ll draw and prepare blood specimens for lab testing while providing a safe, confident, and caring experience. This role blends exceptional technical skills with strong interpersonal communication in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Collect quality blood samples and prepare them for laboratory testing.
Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
Maintain a clean, professional collection environment.
Accurately verify and label specimens with patient input.
Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient data.
Support multiple locations as needed, sometimes with minimal notice.
Communicate clearly and supportively with patients and staff.
Required Experience :
Three years of phlebotomy experience , including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary draws.
Ability to operate independently in a high-volume, detail-oriented environment.
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license if travel is required.
Nice-to-Have Experience :
Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center or similar clinical setting.
Customer service in retail, hospitality, or service industry.
Data entry and medical record systems familiarity.
Required Skills :
Strong phlebotomy technique with diverse patient groups.
Proven ability to deliver error-free results under pressure.
Dependability, punctuality, and professionalism.
Preferred Skills :
Phlebotomy certification (Required in CA, NV, WA)
Background in Medical Assistant or Paramedic training
Excellent communication and adaptability
Knowledge of healthcare confidentiality protocols
Leadership and teamwork mindset
Additional Skills :
Understanding of Patient Service Center or doctor’s office workflows
Adherence to company dress code and safety standards
Experience with travel-based collection support
Comfortable with scheduling flexibility and minimal supervision
Availability for on-call, weekend, and overtime coverage
Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
