The Administrative Specialist - Quality Assurance/ Production works closely with team members in the audit/assurance department in document processing and assembly.
Major Responsibilities
- Produce documents in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint using designed templates
- Utilize software to process deliverables through firm’s quality control process
- Proofread documents
- Create, format, review, as well as correct, client deliverables
- Process, assemble, and bind client reports and proposals
- Provide back-up support to other administrative functions at the firm, as needed
- All other duties, as assigned
Preferred Experience/Background/Skills
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Two or more years of work experience in a related position
- Highly motivated, professional, energetic and resourceful
- High attention to detail, initiative and follow through
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong editing and organizational skills required
- Strong planning, scheduling and problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
- Ability to handle routine tasks with minimal supervision
- Ability to support multiple Internal clients and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work effectively in deadline situations
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Products: Word, Powerpoint, Excel
- Highly motivated, professional, energetic and resourceful
- Able to work independently, as well as a member of a team
- Ability to work in excess of normal work hours, when necessary, (approximately 55 hours a week during peak times)
Working Conditions
- The typical office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m
- Hybrid model (2-3 days in the office/week)
- Travel for this position will be minimal
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
- Ability to move throughout office.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull up to 30-50 pounds.
