Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Pay : $46-$51

Job Requirements :

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Special Education or a related education field

Active Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) license in Special Education required

Knowledge of IEP development and IDEA compliance

Previous school-based or classroom experience preferred

Job Duties :

Design and implement individualized instructional plans based on students IEP goals

Adapt curriculum and teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs

Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure inclusive learning

Assess student progress and maintain accurate documentation

Participate in IEP meetings, professional training, and staff collaboration sessions
