Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced fulltime Veterinary Technician or Veterinary Assistant to join our technical team assisting with dentals and surgical procedures. The ideal candidate will have experiment placing IV catheters, drawing blood., be professional, upbeat, friendly and passionate about animals. Previous veterinary experience preferred.
Plaza Del Amo Animal Hospital is a five doctor general practice, primarily seeing dogs and cats. We also provide a full service grooming department, day and long term boarding with luxury suites. We're AAHA accredited ensuring our clients and patients are provided with top of the line medicine and customer service. At Plaza Del Amo Animal Hospital we take pride in what we do! Shifts are 8 hours and must be willing to work some Saturdays.
We are open Monday - Friday 8am-6pm and Saturday 8am-4pm. The starting wage for this position is $18 / hr- $23.00hr. Compensation is negotiable based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials.
