IT'SUGAR is looking for a fun and dynamic Retail Supervisor to join our team. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be the premier "SUGARTAINER" in charge of delivering a SWEET customer experience while promoting our brand. This position is a steppingstone towards a management role within IT'SUGAR. The Supervisor will be a shift leader in charge of overseeing all store functions and team members.

What You'll Do

• Act as a Leader on Duty :

Oversees the daily operation of the store and ensures that sales objectives are met.

Follow our customer engagement model SUGARTAINMENT by setting the stage, welcoming, engaging, entertaining and thanking the customer.

Follows through on customer requests for specific items and suggests additional products.

Maintains store cash handling records, reports, and opening and closing procedures.

What You Need To Join The Fun

Must be 18 years of age or older. Education : High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Years of Experience : 2 years of retail experience and at least 1 year of supervisor experience preferred. Willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Able and willing to work 32-40 hours a week. Must be able to use a POS / cash register. Able to stand and walk for long periods of time; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. Able to independently lift / move up to 25 lbs. Able to lift / move up to 50 lbs. with assistance. Must be able to work alone or with minimum amount of supervision.
