About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Regional Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist to lead and support multi-site operations. This person will serve as a trusted EHS subject matter expert (SME) , champion regulatory compliance, and drive our “ EHS Drive to Zero ” safety initiatives.

You’ll partner with site leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance workplace safety, environmental stewardship, and compliance programs across multiple manufacturing locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory compliance monitoring, reporting, and internal auditing for multiple sites.
• Act as a corporate champion for EHS initiatives including the Drive to Zero program.
• Develop and deliver EHS training programs and ensure consistent implementation across all facilities.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams on new project and process development to ensure compliance and safety.
• Coach and lead incident investigations to identify root causes and implement preventative measures.
• Support facility EHS specialists with hazard assessments , ergonomics evaluations, and machine guarding risk assessments .
• Manage emergency action plan programs and lead waste reduction, recycling, and sustainability efforts.
• Serve as an SAP Super User within assigned functional areas.
• Other duties as assigned to support the organization’s safety and environmental goals.
