Job Description

• Own, lead and continually improve NTENT's mobile products and agile engineering processes
• Design and architect mobile applications and services
• Select appropriate mobile development tools and technologies to deliver the best mobile experience to customers – everything from Android versions to third party SDK functionality
• Lead, energize, influence, mentor and provide technical guidance to the mobile developers within a team
• Attract and recruit top mobile developers, with support from HR and Talent Acquisition teams, to continue to grow the mobile engineering team
• Work closely with backend Engineering, Product, QA, UI / Design and operations teams
• Excellent problem solving and debugging skills
• Proven expertise in breaking down problems and providing accurate time estimates for development tasks
• Keep informed and share current trends and future technologies in the mobile space
