YOUR MISSION AS GENERAL MANAGER

As the Sales and Operations Leader, you will be the face, voice, and energy of our gym. You’ll lead the sales strategy and operations and make our space feel like a second home for every member who walks in.

Your #1 goal? Grow membership. Keep our community engaged. Crush turnover. And have a ton of fun while doing it.

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Drive Sales & Membership Growth : You live and breathe selling. You’re not afraid of a commission-based structure—because you’re THAT good. You believe every first timer is a closed deal waiting to happen.
• Lead by Example : You’re on the floor, greeting members by name, celebrating wins, and coaching your team with energy and intention.
• Build a High-Performing Team : Hire, train, schedule, and develop staff who share your passion for fitness and customer service excellence.
• Manage Daily Operations : From opening and closing procedures to inventory and scheduling, you’ll keep the gym running like a well-oiled machine.
• Deliver an Exceptional Member Experience : You’ll uphold the D1 standard of excellence in cleanliness, hospitality, and overall vibe.
