Principal Mechanical Engineer - Surgical Robotics

This is an exciting role that will involve both hands-on development work mixed with shaping the R&D pipeline and strategy of the product that is still in a proof-of-concept stage.
Here are the main responsibilities for the role;
- Lead mechanical design for complex robotic systems, ensuring precision, reliability, and manufacturability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with electronics, software, and clinical teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Drive innovation in mechanisms, actuators, and assemblies for minimally invasive surgical platforms.
- Oversee design reviews, prototyping, and validation to meet stringent medical device standards.
