|00 PM – 11 : 00 PM) Annual Salary : $86,000 – $116,000 (Based on Experience) Relocation Assistance : Case by Case | Sign-On Bonus : Not Offered Overview We are seeking a results-driven Nurse Manager of Emergency Services to join a nationally recognized hospital team in Panama City, Florida .

This leadership role supports a 44-bed Emergency Department handling an average of 140–180 patients daily and oversees a team of approximately 55 FTEs.

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a passion for emergency medicine, operational excellence, and staff development.

You’ll collaborate with department directors, clinical teams, and community partners to ensure efficient, compassionate, and safe emergency care.

Key Responsibilities Direct and coordinate all aspects of daily Emergency Department operations during evening shifts.

Supervise clinical staff and manage workflow to ensure timely, high-quality patient care.

Oversee staffing, scheduling, and compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards.

Lead initiatives that enhance patient experience, safety, and throughput metrics.

Support recruitment, onboarding, and mentorship of nursing personnel.

Participate in quality and performance improvement projects.

Collaborate with physicians, ancillary departments, and leadership teams to optimize outcomes.

Ensure equipment, supplies, and facilities are maintained to readiness standards.

Serve as a departmental representative on hospital committees and community outreach efforts.

Qualifications Required :
