Our expected salary range for this position is $118,800 to $132,000, contingent on experience, along with an extensive benefits package that includes a bonus and 401(k).

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

This role involves advanced technical and engineering problem-solving to support Power plant operations. As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for making critical technical decisions and will possess a deep understanding of your functional discipline and its practical applications, including relevant industry codes and regulations.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Deliver advanced technical expertise to develop, manage, and execute engineering analyses, activities, and programs.
• Consult directly to identify and resolve equipment and system issues.
• Oversee and manage engineering tasks assigned by supervision, utilizing engineering principles effectively.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of your work, adhering to standard design criteria, practices, procedures, and applicable codes.
• Conduct independent research, reviews, studies, and analyses for technical projects and programs.
• Propose equipment, concepts, and techniques to enhance performance, simplify construction, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with evolving codes and regulations.
