Job Summary :
Lead and provide professional engineering expertise in a core facility in process design, training, quality assurance, and developmental activities.
Job-Specific Responsibilities :
Oversee and lead all the activities (maintenance, training, and process development) in the photolithography area, and especially in the advanced Photolithography. Supervise the photo engineer / technician on this technical area.
Lead the process development and technology innovation of advanced lithography (3D lithography, direct laser writing). Support and supervise the REU / REV student / interns.
Participate research projects of Harvard PI groups, provide the process development assistance, technical solutions, and support broad and challenge research application.
In charge of all the nanofabrication backend and packaging processes.
Establish and supervise the process design facility, including modeling software, Nanofab process simulation and integration.
