What Makes This Role Different
- Lead & Mentor : Guide an inspection crew performing NBIS, DOT and AASHTO work statewide while coaching junior inspectors.
- Own the Plan : Set schedules, manage budgets and handle client touchpoints for highway, rail and ancillary structures.
- Advance the Craft : Use drones, lidar, ultrasonic and other non-destructive tools to identify issues before they become headlines.
- Shape Regional Infrastructure : Deliver element-level and fracture-critical inspections that keep communities moving safely.
- Balanced Travel : Expect 50 % travel or lessmostly day trips within South Carolina, with occasional overnights or visits to our Virginia headquarters.
