South Carolina Licensed Care Management Supervisor

A company is looking for a Care Management Supervisor (Remote in SC).

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily activities of assigned staff and oversee the implementation of specialty programs

Conduct staff performance reviews, approve time and leave, and ensure excellent customer service

Collect data for outcomes reporting and maintain compliance with URAC / NCQA standards

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Associate's degree in a job-related field or graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

5 years of relevant work experience in health promotion, health education, or healthcare

1 year of experience in a team lead or leadership role

Active, unrestricted RN licensure or equivalent professional healthcare licensure

Certification in Case Management by a URAC accrediting body within 3 years of hire (for non-Medicaid only)
