A technically inclined individual with a strong understanding of window treatment installation (motorized / manual) who enjoys problem-solving and delivering clean, professional work. You want to be in the field, hands on.You Have :
Experience with the installation, programming, maintenance, and servicing of motorized window treatments across high-end residential and commercial projects. (Ideally Lutron but you may come from installing versions from Crestron, Somfy, or similar)Experience on construction sites. Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools & hand tools. A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.Your Location :

Install, wire, and commission window treatments including roller shades, draperies, & roman shades,Integrate with home automation systemsRead and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and system layoutsDiagnose and repair field-related issuesPerform system upgrades, software updates, & field modificationsService calls, preventative maintenance, & ensure ongoing system performance and reliability.Work closely with all parties to maintain job site coordination and workflow.Maintain up-to-date field documentation, installation logs, and service records.Requirements :
