Job descriptionA technically inclined individual with a strong understanding of window treatment installation (motorized / manual) who enjoys problem-solving and delivering clean, professional work. You want to be in the field, hands on. Experience with the installation, programming, maintenance, and servicing of motorized window treatments across high-end residential and commercial projects. (Ideally Lutron but you may come from installing versions from Crestron, Somfy, or similar) Experience on construction sites. Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools & hand tools. A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ. Our Office : 2010 Thomas St Hollywood, FL 33020 (Not remote / hybrid) Our Projects (Your Work) : Luxury homes in the surrounding area Full Time (40hrs / Wk) – We do not short your hours!!! Mon-Fri from 8am-5pm Robert, VP of Production & Engineering Mindfulness Luxury Passion Professionalism Install, wire, and commission window treatments including roller shades, draperies, & roman shades, Integrate with home automation systems Read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and system layouts Diagnose and repair field-related issues Perform system upgrades, software updates, & field modifications Service calls, preventative maintenance, & ensure ongoing system performance and reliability. Work closely with all parties to maintain job site coordination and workflow. Maintain up-to-date field documentation, installation logs, and service records. 3+ years of hands-on experience installing motorized window treatments Proficiency with leading brands such as Lutron & Crestron etc. Strong understanding of electrical wiring and low-voltage systems $30 / hr to $45 / hr ($62k to $94k / yr) – Yup! Simple IRA w / 3% Match Medical / Dental / Vision : 60% coverage for the individual Gap insurance for medical deductible PTO - 2 after 90 days, 5 after 1 yr, 10 after 2yrs, 15 after 10 yrs Crafting exceptional job posts Posting these job descriptions to sites to drive applications Review all inbound resumes Inviting the most promising candidates to initial interviews (aka "Pre-Interviews") Assuring the appropriate alignment of skills / cultural fit / compensation Posting all interview notes, scorecards, and our assessment for review Short-listing the best candidates for 2nd Round interviews directly with the hiring company
