Job Description

• Planning and the implementation of all activities for a specific business and technical function to improve performance end to end, defect resolution and root cause analysis for production operation activities.
• Service request management and coordination with software Product Vendor.
• Alignment with business requirements through process analysis, design or redesign, and organization structure definition.
• Develop and maintain project plans to ensure timely delivery of business function improvements.
• Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals.
• Support production operations team with Oracle utilities extensions, functional designs, technical designs and related development, testing activities.

Basic Qualifications :

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, New Jersey or Washington as set forth below.
