What’s a typical day as aSenior HR Generalist? You’ll be :

• Managing various HR needs, including open roles, coaching, counseling, and full-time employment challenges.
• Meeting with leadership to provide overall plant support.
• Assisting with employee relations, performance management, and training initiatives.

• Have at least 6-7 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
• Possess strong knowledge and expertise in HR functions.
• Are skilled in employee relations, performance management, and training.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
