Job Description
- Support new hire orientations. Prepare new employee orientation packets on a weekly basis. Create new hire onboarding welcome bags.
- Create HR files for new employees.
- Work with IS to provide laptops for new hire orientation use.
- File employee documents i.e. attendance forms, probationary evaluations.
- Assist employees with general HR inquiries and assistance where needed.
- Submit HR Tickets for applicable employee transactions such as safety shoe & glasses reimbursement, employee data changes.
- Covert archived employee HR files to digital.
- Support HR and Maintenance Manager with Maintenance Technician interview scheduling.
- Handle HR mail, document shredding.
- Support HR Team Members as needed.
Qualifications :
Administrative experience. Prior HR Generalist experience a plusStrong written and verbal communication skillsAdvanced knowledge of MS Office,Outstanding interpersonal skillsCan manage a varied workload.
