As the Sr. Director, Human Resources, you will be the strategic business partner for two dynamic business units. Your proven leadership will determine and successfully implement HR strategies that support our company's mission and values.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create and implement HR initiatives that support achievement of the strategic business objectives and further inclusion and collaboration
- Provide strategic HR mentorship, and coaching to senior leaders
- Lead talent management processes and strategically plan and implement talent movement
- Partner with leaders to design and optimize workforce structures
- Ensure businesses achieve financial goals through effective management of human capital investments
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field10+ years of progressive HR experienceStrong leadership, influence and communication skillsProven ability to handle numerous tasks simultaneously and agility to change course when neededPhysical Requirements :

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $210,200.00$280,200.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and / or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
