Job description

Now Hiring :

  • Bilingual Lead Maintenance (HVAC Certified) We are seeking an experienced and dependable Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee and manage the maintenance operations of our apartment community.
  • The ideal candidate will be HVAC certified, skilled in a wide range of maintenance areas, and able to lead by example while mentoring the maintenance team to ensure our residents enjoy a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained living environment.

What You’ll Do :

  • Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, ensuring timely and professional completion of work orders.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems and guide team members on best practices.
  • Perform and delegate general repairs, including plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and preventative maintenance.
  • Lead unit inspections, make-ready turnovers, and ensure curb appeal standards are met.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain tools and equipment in proper condition.
  • Train, mentor, and support maintenance staff to promote skill development and efficiency.
  • Participate in and supervise the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, regulations, and company policies.

    • What We’re Looking For :

  • HVAC certification (required).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of multifamily property maintenance experience (lead / supervisory role preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and carpentry.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Reliable, hardworking, and customer service-focused.
  • Ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
