Business Office Manager
Position Summary
The Business Office Manager oversees the daily administrative, financial, and operational functions of an organization’s office. This role ensures efficient business operations, manages office staff, supports financial processes, and maintains compliance with company policies and regulations. The Business Office Manager acts as a key liaison between management, employees, vendors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Office Operations
Oversee daily office operations to ensure a productive and efficient work environment.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance needs.
Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and workflow improvements.
Coordinate communication between departments and external partners.
Financial & Accounting Support
Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and forecasting.
Oversee billing, invoicing, accounts receivable / payable, and payroll processes.
Reconcile financial statements and maintain accurate financial records.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, audits, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements :
Effective project management skills.
Good written verbal communication skills.
W orks well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm. Willingness to handle challenging tasks.
Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
