Schedule : Monday - Friday | 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Pay Rate : $30 / hour

Duration : Temp-to-Hire

About the Role

We're seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing operations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong sense of urgency, capable of managing timelines, cross-functional tasks, and asset coordination across multiple channels and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate execution of marketing campaigns across internal teams, freelancers, and external partners
• Manage tasks and deadlines related to TikTok Shop, Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, and Klaviyo
• Develop clear, concise briefs for creative teams including design, copy, and content
• Track and organize marketing assets, deliverables, and version control
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics across ads, email, influencer campaigns, and more
• Handle time-sensitive marketing requests with focus and calm under pressure
• Utilize AI tools and automation platforms to streamline and improve marketing workflows
• Maintain process documentation, calendars, and internal clarity on project status
