Who You Are :

As a Trust Operations Specialist with Frost, you are our support, by tackling various tasks to ensure a seamless trust experience. In this role, you will use your meticulous mind-set and time management skills to balance reports, validate transactions and monitor checks. Our specialists believe in efficiency and strive to go above and beyond with integrity, caring and excellence in mind.

What You'll Do :

• Balance reports and validate transaction totals to verify account reconciliation
• Maintain information within trust systems to preserve accuracy and completeness of records
• Monitor checks that are disbursed into trust accounts to ensure transactions are accurately processed
• Always take action using integrity, caring, and excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What You'll Need :

2+ years of financial operations experience or an Associate's Degree in a related field

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft applications
