Key Responsibilities
Respond to inquiries from clients and representatives regarding reports and information
Enter and retrieve client information using appropriate systems and databases
Maintain communication with the QA department and manage case documentation
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum one year of clerical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
Experience in a medical office or insurance industry preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and general computer operations
Ability to adhere to HIPAA regulations and compliance standards
