Kansas Compliance Specialist

A company is looking for a Compliance Specialist (KS Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Execute the consumer complaint resolution process and manage complaint logs

Review, investigate, and resolve consumer disputes while maintaining compliance with applicable laws

Assist in audits, monitor compliance processes, and participate in training related to consumer and healthcare laws

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred

Experience in financial services and a process-oriented business environment preferred

Background knowledge of consumer debt collection, consumer finance, or healthcare regulation preferred

Experience with Microsoft Office applications required

Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate strong organizational skills
