VP of Finance

A company is looking for a VP of Finance to lead its finance and accounting function as it scales.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, FP&A, treasury, and compliance

Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Provide forward-looking financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and manage the company's budget and cash flow

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, or audit, with 3-5 years in a leadership role

Proven success as a Controller, Director of Finance, or VP of Finance in a startup or growth-stage company

Deep understanding of GAAP accounting principles and financial operations best practices

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting platforms like QuickBooks

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required
