Lead Commercial Real Estate Relationship Manager
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Commercial Real Estate Relationship Manager for the Specialty Real Estate Finance Group (SREF) as an Underwriter who is responsible for the assessment of collateral for commercial real estate loans originated in SREF. This will be primarily hotel loans, but at times may vary and include seniors housing, medical office, life sciences, manufactured housing, mixed-use, land, with a number of facilities that may include construction, term, bridge, perm, lines of credit, etc., and loan structures that include recourse / non-recourse, secured / unsecured and mezzanine financing.

This position is subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background check. Pay Range : Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
$119,000.00 - $224,000.00
