Role

Branch Office Administrator (BOA) – The BOA provides administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of advisors, helps clients achieve long-term financial goals, and serves as a valued part of the client support team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide seamless support to clients; assist in client accounts, facilitate communication, and ensure a positive client experience.
  • Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed.
  • Participate in the annual business planning process to help develop strategies for the upcoming year.
  • Actively listen for client situations that may indicate a need for additional services.
  • Support marketing activities, including planning and executing events.

  • Client Service : Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members.
  • Account Management : Learn and understand the financial services industry; handle account openings, transfers, and other requests as directed by the financial advisor. Process account transactions and maintain accurate client records.
  • Administrative & Operational Support : Work independently under the direction of the financial advisor; manage scheduling, meeting materials, correspondence, and marketing support; assist in updating SOPs and executing the branch business plan.
  • Technology : Proficient with computers and willing to learn firm-provided software such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office products.
