Position Overview :

The registered client service associate will manage the principal’s calendar, oversee daily operations, and serve as the key connection point between strategy and execution. This in-person role is based in Ellicott City, MD and is ideal for a career professional in financial services who enjoys driving structure, organization, and follow-through.

Responsibilities :

• Manage and prioritize the principal’s calendar, meetings, and travel
• Act as gatekeeper for client and internal communication
• Support client onboarding, service requests, and meeting preparation
• Oversee workflows, compliance documentation, and operational systems
• Maintain vendor relationships and office management tasks
• Prepare meeting notes, track action items, and ensure completion
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and client experience
