A company is looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Support enterprise SaaS systems with a focus on ServiceNow functionalities
Translate business needs into functional requirements and assist in documentation and process mapping
Facilitate end-to-end support for initiatives, including requirements delivery and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or comparable ITSM platforms
Familiarity with agile methodologies and iterative delivery
Experience in domains such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog workflows
Interest in working with integrations and cross-system dependencies
