We are seeking someone who can wear a bunch of different hats in a growing water damage mitigation and construction company.
This is NOT a remote position.
Responsibilities :
- Assist General Manager and Marketing Manager with operational activities
- Help with documentation, scheduling, estimates, invoices, relationship management, etc.
- Assist techs on the job by providing supplies / tool or other resources needed
- Interface with all members of the team and customers / clients
- Use of multiple CRMs - customer data, payment follow ups, etc.
- Interaction with accounting and financial processes as needed
- Help develop and build operational efficiencies
- Attend networking events after hours
Qualifications :
- Computer skills - picking up new software (not complex), email, excel, etc.
- Familiarity with service or construction business a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable with numbers and relaying dimensions, invoicing, etc.
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- MUST have a license and be willing to drive to job sites
- Company will cover gas and driving expenses incurred
