What You'll Do : Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and maintain a visible Allied Universal presence. Monitor access points and observe activities on the premises, reporting any unusual or suspicious behavior. Communicate clearly with team members and site management regarding incidents, hazards, or areas of concern. Document observations and incidents according to Allied Universal and site-specific procedures. Assist with crowd management and guide visitors or residents as needed. Support emergency response activities as required by site protocols. Minimum Requirements : At least six months of security-related experience is required. Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client. Access control and / or badge experience is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
