Join an innovative team as a Production Planner within a cutting-edge Environmental Test Lab. You will play a vital role in ensuring efficient movement of flight hardware through environmental test operations, creating and optimizing systems that balance aerospace traceability requirements with production efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules that optimize test equipment utilization while meeting downstream integration needs.
• Create systems to balance production and development test priorities.
• Communicate test status and estimated completion dates to leadership.
• Ensure production personnel understand schedule and metric goals.
• Monitor and move parts as required through the production flow to ensure timely delivery to the next production location.
• Support management of material certifications to prevent the use of uncertified materials.
• Partner with engineering and operations teams to resolve issues with dependencies before a test is delayed.
• Work cross-functionally to develop and improve production scheduling tools and WIP tracking.

Work Environment

This role requires working night shifts from Monday to Friday, approximately from 3 : 00 pm to 11 : 30 pm. The work environment focuses on advanced technologies and modern data systems, demanding a proactive and adaptable mindset to meet production launch targets and scaling needs.

This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $53.00 / hr.
