Position Summary
The Contract / Preventative Maintenance Agreement Sales Representative will increase recurring sales of electronic and mechanical life safety systems, including fire alarms, sprinklers, suppression, and security systems. Responsibilities include converting projects into service agreements, conducting system surveys, and prospecting to meet sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Grow the business by providing solutions to new and existing clients.
- Perform cold calls and outside sales activities regularly.
- Conduct building surveys and develop proposals for service agreements.
- Present sales proposals to customers and management.
- Maintain knowledge of all products and services.
- Review inspection reports and collaborate with technicians and managers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to communicate customer needs.
- Attract new customers and upsell to existing clients through various sales channels.
- Support marketing initiatives related to sales.
- Deliver presentations to demonstrate company services.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of high-volume sales experience.Experience in outside sales and cold calling.Proven track record in selling services or intangible products.Excellent customer service, motivation, and organizational skills.Ability to interpret safety and operating documents.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Valid driver's license with a good record.Preferred Qualifications
Experience with fire alarm, CCTV, security, or low voltage systems.Additional Information
