Human Resources Coordinator- Kansas City Metro
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a client in the Kansas City Metro, looking to fill their Human Resources Coordinator role.
This role is crucial in supporting our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions. Our ideal candidate would have at least 2-3 years of previous HR experience in recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and payroll.
Please note this opportunity is a 3-6 -month CONTRACT-TO-HIRE position, offering $
Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative support to the HR department
- Assist with recruiting and interviewing candidates.
- Help with payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries.
- Maintain records of personnel-related data and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Support the HR Manager in various HR projects and initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources / administrative position.
- Familiarity with HR software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
