Maintenance Mechanic

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate commitment to company safety procedures with a focus on achieving zero injuries and maintaining clean and safe work areas and equipment.
• Comply with all Safe Quality Food (SQF), HACCP, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s).
• Support the ConAgra Performance System (CPS) actively, focusing on the PM Pillar.
• Troubleshoot and perform routine adjustments and repairs on industrial equipment and machinery to maintain production and maintenance schedules.
• Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance, including cleaning and lubricating equipment to ensure optimal working order.
• Perform and validate equipment changeovers and rebuilds with a focus on quality workmanship and accountability.
• Assist in the planning process by identifying parts and work required using SAP, including necessary parts and materials information.
• Prioritize work based on business needs, maintaining a high level of urgency in task completion.
• Participate in the Breakdown Elimination process to reduce breakdowns and enhance equipment reliability.
• Maintain and improve 5S standards.

The pay range for this position is $38.94 - $38.94 / hr.
