We’re looking for a Managing Lead Mechanic to join our air ambulance team. In this role, you’ll ensure the safety and reliability of our aircraft, lead a team of mechanics, and support life-saving missions. This is a great opportunity for experienced A&P mechanics who are ready to step into a leadership role in a high-impact environment.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and assign shifts to maximize efficiency.
• Oversee aircraft maintenance, inspections, and compliance with FAA standards.
• Mentor and train mechanics while supporting their development.
• Coordinate schedules, staffing, and resource allocation with management.
• Handle reports, certifications, and base operations.
• Perform mechanical duties as needed and enforce safety protocols.
