ROLE OVERVIEW
The Creator Partnerships Junior Associate will join a great group of professionals to bring the best that Fashion Nova has to offer our customers. You will interact with millions of followers across social media platforms, partner with teams across Fashion Nova, and use your creativity to meet all Influencer Outreach goals and objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and engage with talent, influencers, and celebrities on a daily basis
Spearhead big ideas and campaigns through relationships with talent, influencers, and celebrities
Fulfill all product requests to assigned Ambassadors
Manage and update details in an internal Influencer databases
Think creatively and pitch new ideas for Influencer programs and campaigns
Responsive to the nature of campaign execution and talent, influencer, and celebrity response times
Share industry and Social Influencer updates with cross functional department partners
Stay up to date on pop culture and up and coming trends across social media
Maintain effective communication with team
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Two plus years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media, Public Relations or Digital Marketing
Strong pulse on trends and news within the Social Media industry
Fluent in all Social Media platforms - Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, etcetera
Event|experiential marketing execution is a plus
Existing relationships with Influencers in the fashion, beauty, and lifestyle industries a plus
A passion for fashion and|or beauty
BA|BS degree or equivalent work experience
English, additional language(s) an advantage
