Pay Information

$115 to $135 per hour

About The Position

Family Medicine Physician Locums, North Carolina - No Call

Outpatient coverage in North Carolina; long-term assignment with flexible weekday options and no call required.

Highlights

  • No call; enjoy evenings and weekends free
  • Full-time coverage; option to split days between providers
  • Credentialing in 30 to 45 days for clean backgrounds
  • Weekly pay and all travel covered

Practice Setting

  • Outpatient FQHC with a full-scope community care model
  • Serve all ages; mostly geriatric patients
  • Supported by 5 physicians, 2 APPs, RNs, LPNs, CMAs, and admin staff
  • EMR : Eclinical Works

    • Schedule

  • Monday through Friday, 7 : 30 a.m. to 5 : 30 p.m.
  • Open to shared coverage; example : 1 provider Mon-Wed, another Thurs-Fri
  • Full-time, ongoing assignment

    • Cases and Procedures

  • 18 to 20 patients per day
  • Preventative and chronic care management
  • Routine outpatient procedures

    • Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years in Family or Internal Medicine
  • North Carolina license required
  • BLS and DEA required

    • Travel Accommodations

  • Flights, rental car, lodging, and mileage reimbursed
  • Condos available; hotel or Airbnb options if full
