Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking a dynamic results-driven Recruiter to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
In this role, you will oversee a territory comprising four districts in Illinois and Indiana, managing all recruitment operations for 61 salons.
Responsibilities :
- Build, complete, and manage all on-the-ground recruitment activities, including market hiring events, job fairs, and community partner relationship management
- Track effectiveness through funnel metrics and fill rates, adjusting strategies as needed to meet salon demand requests
- Engage in passive recruitment by sourcing, evaluating, and qualifying top talent using various platforms
- Report regularly to the regional team on recruitment metrics and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets
- Manage data integrity within the applicant tracking system, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and minimizing time to fill
- Utilize data analysis to refine and optimize recruitment strategies
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with Regional Leaders (RLs), District Leaders (DLs), and Salon Leaders (SLs) as a recruitment subject matter expert
- Collaborate with local cosmetology schools to target alumni students for recruitment
- Support initiatives to create marketing collateral for recruiting, brand awareness, and relationship building
Qualifications :
- Proven track record of achieving recruitment goals in a remote team setting
- Experience in managing on-the-ground recruitment activities and community partnerships
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to track recruitment metrics
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is desirable but not mandatory
Compensation :
- Base salary : 55,000 55,000 60,000
- Quarterly bonuses based on performance
