Job Description

Location : Chicago (Hybrid – at least 4 days onsite / week)

Visa Sponsorship : We offer sponsorship under specific treaty-based U.S. work visas, including TN and E-2 (for eligible Canadian, Mexican, and French citizens). We do not support or transfer other visa types (e.g., H-1B).

The candidate will perform Application Production Support activities as part of a Global organization. The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring system stability, monitoring application performance, and facilitating smooth interactions between IT and the Derivatives business.

_ Role and responsibilities _

• Diagnose and resolve application issues promptly to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow escalation, incident, and problem management protocols.
• Work with internal teams to improve processes and boost application reliability.
• Manage the full lifecycle of specific projects when assigned.
• Share knowledge with the team to maintain 24 / 6 global follow-the-sun support.
• Liaise with other branches to strengthen teamwork and service quality.
• Provide out-of-hours or weekend support when required, sometimes on short notice.
• Create and maintain detailed incident / problem tickets, including all resolution steps.
