Key Responsibilities
Manage, coach, and inspire a team to achieve customer engagement and revenue targets
Design and implement inbound and outbound sales processes to improve conversion rates
Establish KPIs and performance reviews to track results and identify areas for improvement
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Inside Sales leadership, preferably in a B2B or technology-driven environment
Proven success in building or scaling inside sales or SDR / BDR teams
Strong understanding of CRM and lead management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, HubSpot)
Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into action and deliver measurable growth
Passion for developing people and refining processes
