"The primary function of this role is : Providing L1 / 2 systems support and L1 networking support for engineering teams developing enterprise server and storage products.

You will :

• Maintain lab inventory and perform server re-build / reconfiguration support as needed
• Oversee the timely distribution of assets to appropriate engineering group(s)
• Supporting engineering departments in development, prototyping, deployment, and in-market activities
• Investigate and resolve application and network issues reported by internal customers using monitoring software, root-cause analysis and troubleshooting skills.
• Support LAN with MS AD and multi-OS server environment - interface with WAN NetOps team for modifications and site-to-site integration as required."
