Certified Veterinary Technician

We are a mixed animal veterinary practice in central Minnesota looking to hire a CVT that fits with our culture. We strive to have fun every day, value honesty, teamwork, and we build relationships with our clients. Our CVT's perform anesthesia, dental cleanings, assist the doctors with appointments, administer treatments, communicate with clients, work with and direct our veterinary assistants in patient care, etc. We strive to utilize our CVT's skills to the fullest of their abilities and comfort level. We have excellent mentorship for new grads and are willing to train seasoned CVT's who are looking to acquire more skills on the job. Most of our patients are dogs and cats, but we will have our CVT's place catheters, draw blood, and assist in restraint with calves, sheep and goats. We have a flexible 4 day work week with rotating days off, team outings every quarter, and value all of our employee's role and commitment to making a difference in the lives of our clients and patients. This job requires at minimum, a degree in veterinary technology or equivalent with passage of the certification exam.

Pay : $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
