As a Full Time Nurse Practitioner (NP), you'll provide care to client employees in our Health Center located in City of North Chicago, IL . Our Employer Health Center provides both Occupational Health and Primary Care services in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Schedule :

Our health center is open Monday through Friday, 6 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM . This position offers a consistent 40-hour workweek with no weekend shifts . You would be joining a team of passionate professionals that make a meaningful impact one patient at a time.

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $140,000- $145,000.00 annually. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors.
