Major Food Group is hiring experienced Captain Assistants to join our team at Vino!

Vino is a new concept from Major Food Group celebrating timeless artisanship and the most coveted wines of Italy complete with a thousand bottle wine cellar. The menu features an extensive selection of handmade pastas, Sicilian pizzas, signature entrées like spicy rigatoni and friend veal chop prepared “your way”, and fresh gelato served table-side.

We are hiring passionate and dedicated individuals to join our growing Miami team!  As a valuable addition to our team, you must ensure that guests have a pleasant and memorable experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Assist in anticipating guests’ needs and ensure that service meets / exceeds expectations to ensure a memorable and pleasant dining experience.
• Inspect dining room, table settings, chairs, floors, proper maintenance, cleanliness and safety.
• Check tables throughout service times for Member satisfaction, and assist in resolving guest issues.
